Steve Kloeblen is a proven business leader who focuses on optimizing value for customers, employees, and stakeholders. Steve has a proven track record of executing growth strategies in CXO, COO and CFO roles over the past 30 years across innovative companies in Information Technology. As the CEO of Velocity, Steve directs the world’s premier provider of Public, Private and Hybrid Cloud managed services.
Prior to Velocity, Steve has served as a General Manager for IBM’s Managed Security Services Business, led IBM’s Mergers and Acquisition Practice and was CFO of IBM’s I/T Outsourcing Business. As a CXO, Steve has successfully enabled the execution of start-up, scale-up, turnaround, and high growth businesses.
Steve holds a B.S in Accounting, an MBA in Finance and a Post Graduate degree in Strategy and Advanced Management from Villanova University, Pace University, and Harvard Business School.
Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
As Velocity's Chief Operations Officer, Jim McInnes is responsible for leading Velocity's day-to-day worldwide operations including service delivery, service deployment, customer service, and professional services.
Jim has developed and directed major multinational IT implementation and support programs for a number of years. Prior to joining Velocity, Jim founded and managed velos-IT, which became one of the UK’s fastest-growing IT services companies and served organizations across 25 countries. Jim led an experienced team who developed, sold, and delivered a sophisticated set of capabilities, including 24/7 support of business applications and IT infrastructure, systems integration, application deployment, upgrades, and custom software development for Oracle’s JD Edwards, Oracle E-Business Suite, and QlikView business intelligence software.
Before that, Jim was the Systems Director for Damovo (formerly Ericsson Enterprise division), where he was responsible for greenfield global implementation of Oracle’s JD Edwards and all IT infrastructure.
Executive Vice President of Cloud Services & Chief Technology Officer
As Executive Vice President of Cloud Services and Chief Technology Officer at Velocity, Fouad is responsible for the company’s cloud, technology, and product strategy. He is working across Velocity and with our clients to scale the Cloud Services Application Management Platform in order to meet their demands as they embark on their journey to the cloud.
Fouad is a graduate of University of Central Florida with a Master’s of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Prior to Velocity, Fouad had a long career with IBM, with technical and business leadership roles in the US, Middle East, Africa, Singapore and the Far East. He was most recently the CTO and Vice President of IBM's Cloud Migration organization. Fouad is especially passionate about developing the next generation of technical leaders and innovators, who will transform Velocity, our clients and the world.
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Velocity Technology Solutions, Damon leads the company’s financial operations which involve managing the financial planning, analysis, controller, treasury and tax functions within finance
Damon has proven track record, in finance and operations, partnering with executive management to set and deliver on strategic goals allowing for rapid growth and business model innovation in various technology organizations.
Prior to joining Velocity Technology Solutions, Damon has held executive positions with Private equity backed and publicly traded companies including Senior Vice President of Global Operations and CFO at 3D Systems. Damon is a CPA and received his B.S. From the University of Vermont and an MBA from Suffolk University.
Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer
Heather McLarney serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for leading all marketing activities including branding, communications, customer acquisition, and go-to-market strategy.
Prior to Velocity Technology Solutions, Heather served as Chief Marketing Officer of RXNT, a provider of cloud-based healthcare technology solutions, where she led a brand refresh and built the marketing organization to position the company for growth.
Previously, Heather served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Change Healthcare, one of the largest independent healthcare information technology companies in the United States, where she led the implementation of two company rebrands and was a key contributor during the Change Healthcare and McKesson Technology Solutions merger and integration.
Before her tenure at Change Healthcare, Heather served as Vice President of Global Marketing for Deb Group Ltd. (now SC Johnson Professional), leading the launch of a new healthcare division and technology solution in several countries, positioning the organization for acquisition by SC Johnson and Company.
She has also held healthcare and technology marketing leadership roles with MDdatacor, Inc. (now SPH Analytics), McKesson Technology Solutions (now Change Healthcare), and Protocare, Inc. (now Synexus), as well as a hospital management consulting role with Cardinal Health.
Senior Vice President & Chief Sales Officer
As Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer, Amy’s vision of creating new standards of excellence is fueled by her accomplished career in technology. A 20-year veteran of Oracle where she focused on Oracle E-Business Suite and later at SAP where she honed her expertise in business transformation, Amy excels at assisting companies with change management and innovation.
She earned a B.S. in Science from the University of Notre Dame and holds an MBA from the University of Miami. She resides in Connecticut with her family and two Bernese Mountain dogs.
Senior Vice President, Cloud Sales & Solutions
As Senior Vice President, Cloud Sales & Solutions, David is responsible for leading the Cloud Sales and Solution Engineering teams for Velocity.
David brings over 25 years of cloud and IT experience including holding key leadership roles in sales, solution engineering / pre-sales, product development and IT operations. He has been with Velocity for over fourteen years; most recently as Vice President of Solution Engineering.
Prior to joining Velocity, David was instrumental in creating the Application Hosting and Managed Service offerings for Agilera Solutions (later ACS and now part of Atos North America). He has successful experience productizing, selling and supporting sales of cloud managed services for Oracle Apps, J.D. Edwards, PeopleSoft, SAP, Infor Lawson, Exchange, Lotus Notes, full data center hosting, and custom business applications.
David earned a B.S., in Electrical and Computer Engineering and holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina, Darla Moore School of Business.
Senior Vice President, Business Operations
Nazih Hage is a seasoned business operations executive with more than 30 years of experience and a refined ability to develop and execute organizational strategies that deliver actionable insights and drive significant value to critical stakeholders. Strong leadership in Finance, Business and IT Operations, Nazih delivers inventive business strategies and customer-focused solutions and has been recognized for transforming global operation systems profitably and productively.
Nazih advanced through early roles with IBM and has developed a deep and extensive well of valuable and relevant experience in I/T Services, Operations and Business Management. Nazih's most recent role was as the COO of IBM's Cloud Migration Factory, in addition to the many other senior positions in IT Operations, Business Management as well as CFO. He holds undergraduate and masters level degrees in Industrial Engineering and Operational Management as well as being a Certified Project Manager.
Senior Vice President, Legal & General Counsel
Chris Heller leads Velocity’s legal and governance functions in contracting, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate compliance initiatives.
Prior to joining Velocity, Chris was a partner in SNR Denton’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group, where for 14 years, his practice concentrated on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and debt financing. Chris has represented buyers and sellers in billions of dollars of deal volume throughout his career, and he has received numerous professional accolades, including designation as a Chambers-rated attorney.
Senior Vice President, Global Infrastructure
As the Senior Vice President of Global Infrastructure, Chris leads and defines Velocity’s global infrastructure strategy and operational aspects of infrastructure management services, bringing together Velocity’s global infrastructure teams and data center footprint.
Previously Chris served as Vice President of EMEA Service Delivery at Velocity. Prior to joining Velocity, Chris served as Technical Director of velos-IT, and held positions at Damovo, Motorola, and Hewlett Packard. Chris holds a degree in Electrical Engineering.
